SWS and Pulse Asia controlled by relatives and friends of Aquino and Poe

Ang Social Weather Station (SWS) ay itinayo noong 1985 nina Dr. Mahar Mangahas, Prof. Felipe Miranda, at DPWH Sec. Jose P. de Jesus (sa ilalim ng dating Pangulong Cory Aquino), Mercy Abad at iilan pa, samantalang ang Pulse Asia ay itinayo noong 1991 kung saan humiwalay si Prof. Felipe Miranda kay Dr. Mangahas at winakasan ang SWS.   Dapat bigyang pansin na si Dr. Mangahas ay pinsan ni dating kumandidato bilang presidente na si Fernando Poe, Jr samantalang ang ibang kilalang miyembro ng board at stockholders ng Pulse Asia ay kamag-anak ni pangulong Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.

Ang mga documento na makikita sa Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ay nagpapatunay na maraming personalidad ang stockholders na parehong stockholders sa SWS at Pulse Asia.

Si Felipe Miranda, Rosalinda T. Miranda, Gemino H. Abad, Mercedes R. Abad, at Jose P. de Jesus ay makikita sa SEC records bilang mga nagpatayo o di kaya stockholders sa SWS and Pulse Asia.

Si Mercedes R. Abad na pangulo ng TRENDS-MBL ay siyang gumawa ng “field research” sa SWS at Pulse Asia.

Si Jose P. de Jesus of Pulse Asia ay dating DPWH Secretary sa kapanahunan ni dating pangulong Cory Aquino.

Si Antonio O. Cojuangco at Rafael Cojuangco Lopa ng Pulse Asia ay mga pinsan ni pangulong Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Cojuangco Aquino III.

(TheSocial Weather Station (SWS) was founded in 1985 by Dr. Mahar Mangahas, Prof. Felipe Miranda, then DPWH Sec. Jose P. de Jesus (under President Cory Aquino), Mercy Abad among others while Pulse Asia was founded in 1991 when Prof. Felipe Miranda separated from Mangahas and bolted SWS. It should be noted that Managhas is the cousin of the late presidential candidate Fernando Poe, Jr while some of the prominent members of the board and stockholders of the Pulse Asia are blood relatives of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III.

The corporate records of both firms that are available at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will also show interlocking directorship with several personalities appearing as stockholders of both SWS and Pulse Asia.

Felipe Miranda, Rosalinda T. Miranda, Gemino H. Abad, Mercedes R. Abad, Jose P. de Jesus appear in SEC records as being founders and or stockholders of both SWS and Pulse Asia.

Mercedes R. Abad who is president of TRENDS-MBL, is the one who used to conduct the field research for both SWS and Pulse Asia.

Jose P. de Jesus of Pulse Asia was the DPWH Secretary during the time of the late President Cory Aquino.

Antonio O. Cojuangco and Rafael Cojuangco Lopa of Pulse Asia are cousins of Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Cojuangco Aquino III)
